Barra do Sucuri Boat Tour & Snorkelling
At the agreed time we'll meet at Barra do Sucuri, the meeting point between the rivers Formoso and Sucuri. Do you want to sail in its waters?
We'll get on an ecological boat and start sailing along the Formoso and Sucuri rivers, admiring the lush nature that flourishes in this enclave. The boat trip will take us along 1.3 kilometres of these river waters while the guide helps us to identify the local flora and fauna. Monkeys, otters, toucans and many other species are likely to make an appearance, so get your camera ready!
After the boat ride, we'll change into our wetsuits, goggles and snorkel and take a dip in Barra do Sucuri.
We'll dive into the river to be captivated by the underwater beauty. We'll see hundreds of colourful fish and river vegetation in the waters of the Sucuri - did you know that it has some of the clearest water in the world?
After a two-hour tour, we'll finish the activity by saying goodbye at the starting point, where you'll find different rest areas.
