Bike Tour of Bologna Options
You can choose between the following routes through Bologna. Both start in Via Caduti di Cefalonia and last 2 hours. Below, you can see the details of each option.
Classic Tour
At 10 am, we'll begin this bike tour with a certified English-speaking guide in which we'll see the highlights of Bologna, from the oldest university in the world to the main square and the emblematic Two Towers. In the main square, called Piazza Maggiore, we'll also find the Palazzo d'Accursio, the fountain of Neptune, and the Palazzo Re Enzo.
We'll pass by the most important churches such as San Petronio, Santo Stefano, and San Domenico. We'll also see the Archiginnasio Library and Via Piella, where you can still see the waters and canals that fed the mills of medieval Bologna!
Panoramic Tour
This panoramic bike tour will start at 4 pm, with a Spanish-speaking tour escort. We'll also see Piazza Maggiore and its monuments, the Two Towers, the basilicas, the ghetto, and the Archiginnasio. After this route through the centre, we'll head to Via Zamboni and Via del Pratello, two lively streets with numerous pubs, restaurants, and breweries.
