Hiking & Tree Planting
Description
At the indicated time we'll meet outside the Instituto Roosevelt. From there, we'll go by public transport to the starting point of the hiking tour, which will last a total of 4 hours. We'll explore the forests surrounding Bogotá!
Before we start walking, we'll get our strength back with some snacks and a hot drink. Afterwards, we'll start the walk admiring the beautiful environment that surrounds us. We'll talk about the different plant species that we come across and let ourselves be carried away by the songs of the exotic birds that live in this area. A most relaxing experience.
During the hiking route, we'll make several stops to rest and organise guided meditations. We'll help you reconnect your body and mind while breathing the fresh air that Mother Nature offers us. Mens sana in corpore sano.
We'll also help the local flora by planting native trees in the forest. We'll explain how to do it correctly so that you can plant the tree with your own hands. It will be unforgettable!
After a 5 to 6-hour tour, we'll end the tour and return to the starting point by public transport.
