At the designated time, we'll pick you up from your Bogota hotel and set off for Villa de Leyva, a scenic journey of approximately four hours. Along the way, we'll make a brief stop to get yourself some breakfast near the Boyacá bridge.
Once in Villa de Leyva, we'll embark on a sightseeing tour of its charming old town, where the centerpiece is the expansive Plaza Mayor, Colombia's largest square at 14,000 square meters (150,700 square feet).
You'll have the chance to explore significant landmarks like the Nuestra Señora del Rosario church and visit the Natural History Museum, which houses a remarkable collection of regional fossils. If you prefer, you can also choose to visit an ostrich farm, the artificial lakes of Pozos Azules, or the famous Mud Hand, one of the area's most photographic sites!
Afterward, you'll have a 2-hour break for lunch. Feeling refuelled, we'll return to Bogota, concluding this 15-hour adventure back at your hotel.
