How does it work?
Your Bogotá Pass will be activated when you use it for the first time, whether in a museum, a restaurant or a shop. From that moment on, you'll be able to enjoy all the benefits included in the card for the following 24, 48 or 72 hours, depending on the duration you choose.
For example, if you book a 24-hour card and activate it for the first time at 10 am on a Tuesday, it'll be valid until 10 am on Wednesday.
Where can I pick up the card?
You can pick up the card by presenting your booking voucher at number 4-67 on Calle 16. The Bogotá Pass office is located on the 11th floor of the Edificio Continental.
Bogotá Pass opening hours: Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5:30 pm, Saturdays from 12 pm, and closed on Sundays.
Important
When you make your booking you have to select a specific day. However, you can pick up the card on any other day. Once you have your Bogotá Pass, you can activate it on the same day or at any other time.
