Bogotá Chapinero Neighbourhood Tour
Description
We'll meet on 74th Street in Bogotá at 10 am to begin our guided tour of the Chapinero neighborhood. Do you know what makes this district so special? Let's find out!
On the tour, we'll embark on a journey through the country's recent history as we discuss the different forms of architecture in the neighborhood, which is now one of the richest and most expensive neighborhoods in Colombia.
As we explore the financial district, we'll even get to taste some authentic Colombian coffee and find out about the significance of coffee production for the country's economy. We'll also visit the party district, which will lead us to our next experience: a traditional drinking game!
Lastly, we'll experience some rola culture with some typical Colombian arepas and buñuelos - what a treat!
We'll end the tour by playing a traditional game called rana on 80th Street at 1 pm.
