At the indicated time, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Bodrum and head in the direction of Pamukkale, our first stop.
About 2 and a half hours later, we'll arrive at the natural pools of Pamukkale, a UNESCO World Heritage site that will leave you speechless. Did you know its name means 'cotton castle' in Turkish? You'll learn all about how the site got its characteristic white color and all of its curious properties as you explore the pools at your own leisure.
Once you've soaked in the breathtaking natural beauty of white terraced pools, we'll continue on to the archaeological complex of Hierapolis, an ancient thermal resort and one of the main Roman sites in all of Turkey.
We'll discover all the highlights in Hierapolis, such as the necropolis, with over 1,200 tombs, or the ancient Roman theater. Back in the day, the theater could house up to 12,000 spectators. You will also have free time to explore the area at your own leisure and visit Cleopatra's pool for a refreshing dip.
After exploring the ruins of Hierapolis, the group will head to a restaurant, where we'll enjoy a delicious buffet lunch.
Then, after a 13-hour excursion, we'll conclude the activity back at your hotel in Bodrum.
