Have a fun party aboard a catamaran as you cruise to and explore Saona Island. Buffet lunch, open bar, music, and good vibes included!

Saona Island Catamaran Cruise

At 7:30 am on the morning of the tour, we'll pick you up at your hotel in Boca Chica and take you to Bayahíbe. From there, we'll set sail on a catamaran to the paradisiacal isle of Saona, one of the most beautiful islands of the Dominican Republic. Its stunning Caribbean landscapes will captivate you forever! This enclave also belongs to the Cotubanamá National Park, one of the most beautiful in the country.

During the cruise, you'll be able to sunbathe or dance to the music on the deck of the catamaran. In addition, you'll have an open bar on board with water, two types of soft drinks, and, of course, a tasting of Dominican rum.

Then, we'll continue our catamaran trip to the dreamy coast of Saona, where a delicious buffet lunch awaits us on the beach. The menu, typically Creole, includes a wide variety of fresh fish, meats, salads, rice, pasta and tropical fruits, accompanied by mineral water and soft drinks.

After lunch, we'll rest on the beach's golden sand and return to the catamaran to visit another area of Saona Island. This time we'll head to Las Palmillas beach, where you'll have 40 minutes of free time to swim.

We'll continue sailing through the Caribbean Sea before making a 30-minute stop so you can take a dip and admire the starfish that inhabit this area of the island. While we're in this paradisiacal spot, we'll toast again with some delicious Dominican rum.

At the end of the excursion, we'll say goodbye to the catamaran crew and return by boat to the dock of Bayahíbe. From there, we'll return by bus to your hotel in Boca Chica, arriving at 6 pm.

Transport by Catamaran or Speedboat

The tour will begin with us sailing by catamaran to Saona Island and returning by speedboat, but sometimes it can be the other way round. In this case, we'd depart by speedboat from Boca Chica to Saona Island and return by catamaran.

Tour the Beaches of Saona Island

If you'd like a more relaxed tour and would like to explore the island in more depth, you can book our Saona Island Beach Tour. With this tour, you'll visit the abandoned beach of Los Flamencos as well as Mano Juan, the main town on the island.
