Catalina Island Tour + Snorkelling
Description
At the scheduled time, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Boca Chica and head to the port of La Romana. At 9:30 am, we'll set off on our catamaran cruise to Isla Catalina, a paradise island in the south of the Dominican Republic.
During the boat trip, you can enjoy unlimited refreshments on board while sunbathing on deck and taking pictures of the scenery - it's not every day you get to sail the Caribbean!
After an hour's cruise, we'll arrive at this protected island, which is part of the Cotubanamá National Park. Next to the shores of Catalina Island, we'll put on our snorkelling gear and dive into the sea to discover the incredible biodiversity of marine life in the area. Algae, tropical fish and coral reefs await!
We'll continue snorkelling in the area known as the Aquarium before disembarking on the beach of Isla Catalina. There, we'll enjoy a delicious lunch consisting of Dominican specialities like rice, meat, salad, pasta and tropical fruit. Afterwards, you can explore Catalina Island, its beaches and its calm turquoise waters at your leisure.
Finally we'll take you back to the hotels in Boca Chica, where we will arrive at 5 pm.
