Bayahibe Speedboat Piloting Experience
Bayahibe Speedboat Piloting Experience
At 8 am we'll pick you up from your hotel in Boca Chica and head to the Bayahibe coast, where we'll arrive after a 1 hour journey.
An English-speaking instructor, who'll accompany us in their own boat during the activity, will give us a simple safety talk. After the safety briefing, you can start piloting your own speedboat. Let's go! The route we'll follow will last around 2 hours 30 minutes and skirt the Dominican Republic's south-eastern coastline.
We'll leave Bayahibe in our wake and speed towards the mouth of the Chavón River. From your boat, you'll be able to spot the luxurious Casa de Campo residential area: an exclusive complex with spectacular golf courses and numerous celebrity mansions overlooking the Caribbean Sea.
Our route will continue along the coast of La Romana, which is one of the most popular tourist resorts on the Dominican Republic's southern coast. It'll then be time to drive the speedboats back to the starting point, where we'll return the speedboats at 11:30 am.
After stepping back onto dry land, we'll take you back to your hotel in Boca Chica, where we should arrive at 12:30 pm.
What are the speedboats like?
When making your booking, you'll be able to choose between a single or a double speedboat. If you choose the latter, two people will be able to go in the same boat and take turns piloting the boat if they meet the necessary requirements. The prices shown are per boat and not per person.
