At the indicated time, we'll meet at the Blanes bus station and head to the province of Monistrol. Here, we'll ascend Montserrat an iconic Catalan mountain via bus and a cog train.
On the mountain, we'll enjoy incredible views of Catalonia and discover Montserrat's magnificent monastery, founded almost a thousand years ago in 1025. For an added fee, you'll be able to enter the basilica, where you'll find the figure of the Our Lady of Montserrat, known as 'La Moreneta.' You might also hear strange stories relating to UFO sightings here, or even the search for the Holy Grail!
Then you'll have some downtime to eat in a local restaurant before regrouping at 3 pm to return to the bus station back in Blanes, where we'll arrive 9 hours after pickup.
