Day 1: Bishkek - Burana Tower - Lake Issyk Kul
We'll pick you up from your hotel in Bishkek at the designated time. From there, we'll make a journey of approximately one and a half hours in the direction of the famous Burana Tower.
When we get there, we'll get out of the vehicle and start exploring the area to learn about its history. Did you know that the tower was 44 meters tall? A large part of it was destroyed by an earthquake, but it still retains all its beauty today.
After having explored the Burana Tower and its mysterious balbals, we'll climb back into the vehicle and set off for Cholpon-Ata, in the northern part of Lake Issyk-Kul, the second-largest alpine lake in the world. On the way, we'll stop at a local restaurant for a delicious buffet lunch.
Once there, we'll leave our belongings at the hotel and go out to explore the area to see the beautiful views of the lake. Also, if you make this trip during July and August, you can take a swim. Afterwards, we'll return to the accommodation to have dinner and rest until the next day.
Day 2: Lake Issyk-Kul - Biskek
After a well-deserved rest, we'll have breakfast, and then you can enjoy the rest of the day off—a perfect opportunity to walk by the lake and explore its surroundings.
At midday, we'll serve you lunch at your accommodation, and then we'll make our way back to Bishkek. We'll drop you off at your hotel at 7 pm.
