Bilbao Pintxos Workshop
Description
At the scheduled time, we'll meet at 3 Goienkale to begin this journey through Basque gastronomy and its flagship dish, pintxos. Ready to learn how to make these delicacies?
At this pintxos workshop in Bilbao, we'll be shown how to make some delicious tapas, using a great variety of techniques, from the more traditional ones to the most innovative ones, such as molecular cooking. Enjoy this foodie experience, and feel like a real Basque chef by using the ingredients to create authentic culinary masterpieces.
We'll delve into the tradition of Basque cuisine by taking the most traditional recipes, such as the gilda, pil pil cod, smoked veal, and gatzatua. We'll then a modern twist to these already delicious dishes. You'll love it!
We'll also delight in some local cheese and wine as we cook. Lastly, we'll get to taste our delicious creations. Finger-licking good!
After 2 hours, we'll say our goodbyes with an amazing flavour in our mouths.
