Berlin Hop-On Hop-Off Bus & Boat Trip
The Berlin hop-on hop-off bus has two different routes that'll take you around the most iconic places in Germany's capital.
Line 1 crosses the city from east to west and passes by spots such as Alexanderplatz, the Brandenburg Gate, Berlin TV Tower and Museum Island.
When you hop aboard a bus on line 2, you'll see places such as the East Side Gallery and the historic Berlin Wall.
On both routes, you'll enjoy an English-speaking audioguide.

Schedule and Frequency
- Red route: from 10 am - 4 pm, every 20 - 30 minutes
- Blue route: from 10:15 - 4:15 pm, every 60 minutes
Please note that these times are subject to change.
Boat Trip
Regardless of which option you choose, your ticket for the Berlin Big Bus sightseeing bus also includes a boat trip on the Spree River. The trip lasts 1 hour and starts at stop 2 on line 1 (Museum Island).
The tour, which includes an English-speaking guide, only runs between March and November. Departure times are 11:15am, 12:45pm, 2:15pm, 3:45pm, and 5:15pm (the latter is only available between March 29th and November 3rd).
How does it work?
During the time that your ticket is valid, which can be 24 or 48 hours, you can hop on and off the buses as many times as you like. Although you'll be asked for a start date when making your booking, tickets for the bus are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. Once you've made your booking, we'll email you a voucher that you'll need to present on the first bus you take.
When it comes to the boat ride, you'll only be able to enjoy it once.
