At the scheduled time, we'll meet up at Rruga Mihal Komnena to embark on this cooking class with an Albanian family. Following introductions, we'll make our way to a traditional house in Berat to commence this exceptional experience.

Upon our arrival, the welcoming Albanian family will usher us into the kitchen, where we'll learn to prepare typical dishes of the region. From the delectable tave kosi, a lamb casserole adorned with yogurt sauce, to fërgesë, a traditional Albanian dish brimming with peppers, tomatoes, and cheese, a delightful array awaits!

While we craft these Albanian recipes, we'll raise a toast with a glass of wine and raki, the perfect accompaniments to our culinary creations. Yet, the ultimate reward awaits us at the conclusion of the cooking class.

Gathered around a table, we'll savor the dishes we've prepared. Throughout our tasting, we'll engage in conversation with the Albanian family, delving deeper into their culture. You'll feel right at home! And be sure to save room for dessert.
