Serra Gaucha Craft Beer Tour
Description
At the scheduled time, we'll collect you from your hotel in Bento Gonçalves and begin this craft beer tour of Serra Gáucha. Get ready for a unique, tasty journey!
During the day, we'll visit 2 breweries that produce their own drinks and see their facilities. Here, the talented master brewers will explain to us how the production process of the different beers works, each with its own distinct nuances to appeal to every palate.
We'll also take part in a tasting, accompanied by a range of products married to each individual beer. Delicious!
To put the cherry on top of this tour, we'll be seated and served a full lunch at the Blauth Bier Brewery. The menu will consist of the following:
- A starter of small potatoes filled be cream and bacon.
- A main course of either: grilled veal with potato gnocchi and a parmesan sauce or Schnitzel with potato purée and bacon farofa.
- A brownie with ice cream and a dark chocolate ganache for dessert.
With this lovely taste lingering in our mouths, we'll begin our journey back to the hotels, where the tour will com to an end after 8 hours.
