Great tour with an excellent driver/guide

Two of the top reasons that visitors come to Belfast are to visit The Giant’s Causeway and the local Game of Thrones filming locations, so what could be better than visiting both in one day? The tour also includes a 1-day ticket for Belfast's Hop-On Hop-Off Bus.

Tour Details

If you’re searching for one of the most comprehensive tours in Belfast, you’ve come to the right place! Our journey begins at Donegall Square West, where we’ll meet at the appointed time to embark on a day filled with adventure. This tour will take you to the iconic sets of Game of Thrones and the breathtaking Giant’s Causeway.

We’ll leave Belfast behind and travel along the stunning Antrim Coast, stopping first at the picturesque fishing villages of Carnlough and Cushendall. These charming spots served as key filming locations for Game of Thrones. In Carnlough, which doubled as the Free City of Braavos, we’ll explore areas where Arya Stark featured prominently.

Next, we’ll visit Cushendall, where you’ll step inside the Cushendun Caves, the eerie setting for Melisandre’s unforgettable scene.

Our journey continues to The Dark Hedges, a striking tunnel of ancient beech trees that Game of Thrones fans will recognize as The Kingsroad. After soaking in this enchanting scenery, you’ll have some free time to enjoy lunch.

Following lunch, we’ll head to the Carrick-a-Rede Suspension Bridge. Suspended high above the sea, this remarkable bridge offers jaw-dropping views of the rugged coastline. Next, we’ll visit the world-famous Giant’s Causeway, a natural marvel made up of over 40,000 basalt columns formed by volcanic activity—or, as legend has it, by an Irish giant building a path to Scotland.

After a day packed with highlights, we’ll return to Belfast approximately nine and a half hours later, concluding this unforgettable experience.
