Parnaíba River Delta Private 4x4 Tour

At 8:30 am, we'll pick you up at your hotel in Barreirinhas to begin a private 4x4 tour through dune fields until we reach the Parnaíba River Delta.

Once we arrive, we'll make a stop in Tutóia, where we'll take a speedboat across the river to check out the delta's main points of interest. We'll pass by the ship cemetery and stop at Caju Island, where we'll have the opportunity to go for a swim.

We'll continue cruising on the Igarapés, where we'll learn some curious facts about the fauna and flora and see a crab hunting demonstration. We'll also make a stop at Melancieira Bay to see its imposing lakes surrounded by mountains of sand.

Halfway, we'll take an hour to have lunch and relax in hammocks by the sea.

Next, we'll continue our journey by 4x4 to a scarlet ibis refuge, where we'll get to see how this colorful bird takes flight. Then, as the sun begins to set, we'll start our return journey - a stunning sight you'll never forget!

Arrival at your hotel is scheduled for approximately 7:30 pm.
