Patagonia Horseback Riding
Description
From San Carlos de Bariloche we make our way to a rural estate located just 45 minutes from the city.
On arrival, we'll enjoy a delicious creole breakfast of fried cakes, boiled cocido, sweets, tea and coffee on the ranch to give us plenty of energy for the day ahead of us. After a brief safety briefing, it's time to start the horseback ride through Patagonia!
Over two hours we'll enjoy the beautiful waterfalls, rivers, forests and mountains of the Patagonian wilds. From the backs of your noble steeds, you'll see the Cerro Catedral mountain, the D'Agostini waterfall and Cerro Pononero: the most stunning of the sights inside the Nahuel Huapi National Park.
Along the way, we'll also be able to see the typical fauna of the area. If we're lucky we might see some deer or even condors, the largest flying birds in the world.
On the return journey, we'll ease the hunger you've worked up with a delicious lunch, with views of the Gutiérrez lake. The menu includes a variety of Gaucho specialities, including barbequed meat, empanadas, salads and dessert, a dessert and a drink.
Having eaten lunch we head back to Bariloche.
