Moreno Lake Beginners Scuba Diving Lesson
At the scheduled time, we'll see you on Moreno Lake next to the Circuito Chico bridge. Let's go scuba diving!
To begin, we'll attend a brief theory class. Don't worry if you've never gone scuba diving before, as we'll teach you the basic safety regulations as well as how to use the diving equipment and communicate underwater.
After a Q&A session during which you'll be able to ask any questions you've got, we'll move on to the practical part of the lesson. We'll get all our scuba diving equipment ready and prepare to dive in Moreno Lake. Our first immersion will take place in water at waist height where we'll learn how to breathe through the regulator. Next, we'll go to a shallow point so you can gradually get used to the diving equipment.
When you're ready, we'll do our first proper dive in the calm waters of Lake Moreno. We'll see a variety of fish such as trout and perch, as well as different species of aquatic plants. There are more than 20 dive sites in the lake, so we'll choose the point that best suits our group.
We'll also immortalise the experience by taking some underwater photographs. It'll then be time to finish our 2-hour activity by heading back to the meeting point and returning our equipment.
