The guides were very attentive and clear in their explanations. The catamarans were very pretty and the landscapes were stunning. Beautiful nature.

Head into the mighty Andes Mountain Range, cross borders, and sail along the lakes of Nahuel Huapi, Frías, and Todos los Santos when you take our fantastic 12-hour adventure!

Andean Lakes Cruise

We will set off from your selected meeting point in Bariloche between 8 and 8:30 am and drive towards the Llao Llao peninsula, about 30 minutes away. The first stop on our Andean adventure is the port of Puerto Pañuelo on the beautiful Nahuel Huapi Lake.

There, a catamaran will be waiting to take us on a wonderful 1-hour boat trip. During the journey, you will learn all about the lake's glacial origins and admire the spectacular Patagonian landscapes, before we return to the bus.

After around 20 minutes, we'll arrive in Puerto Alegre. Here, we'll board another catamaran that'll take us out onto the mirror-like Lake Frias, also of glacial origin. Then it's back to the bus and onward across the Chilean border. Welcome to Chile! Our next stop is Villa Peulla, where you will have 2 hours of free time to have something to eat.

Feeling reenergized, another catamaran awaits us! This time we'll cruise along the crystal waters of Lake Todos los Santos to admire the stunning Vicente Pérez Rosales National Park from a unique perspective.

You can finish the excursion at the Port of Petrohué or be accompanied by us during the final stretch of the journey, during which we'll swap the boat for a bus. As we admire views of the volcanic peaks of Osorno and Calbuco as a backdrop, we'll cross the Chilean Andes. Finally, we'll arrive in the center of Puerto Varas at around 7:30 pm, when our Andean adventure comes to an end.
