Bari Rickshaw Tour
Bari Rickshaw Tour
At your selected time, we'll meet in the centre of Bari and climb into the rickshaw, also called a tuk-tuk, ready to explore the city's most emblematic monuments and landmarks.
We'll begin the rickshaw tour of Bari visiting the old part of the city, where we will see the Basilica di San Nicola and its emblematic crypt. Afterwards, we'll ride through the narrow streets of the centre to reach Bari Cathedral. Did you know that this is the oldest church in Bari?
Driving through the city, we'll next reach Bari's Castello Normanno-Svevo, where we'll make a stop to learn all about its legendary history as we admire the castle's imposing façade.
We'll then head deep into the narrow, labyrinthine alleyways of the historic centre to see how the locals make pasta in the middle of the street!
The rickshaw will then take us to the liveliest piazzas, or squares, in the city. We'll be immersed in the hustle and bustle of daily life as we explore this area of Bari: did you know that it marks the divide between the old town and the more modern districts? Our tuk-tuk tour will come to an end after two hours.
