Description

At the time of your choice, we'll meet in the center of Bari. From there, we'll delve deep into the Apulian city's historic center, discovering emblematic buildings like the castle, Bari Cathedral, and the Basilica di San Nicola as we explore the narrow streets.

We'll then arrive at the home of Signora Maria, a local pasta-making expert who will host our cooking class. The pasta masterclass will begin with a lesson on how to shape the dough to make the famous orecchiette. Do you want to know what the secret of the recipe is?

Having shaped the pasta, we'll watch Signora Maria cook the pasta and, once it's al dente, we'll sit down at the table to enjoy a plate of orecchiette with fresh tomato sauce in the traditional style!

Our pasta experience and meal will come to an end after 2.5 hours.

El tour por el centro histórico de la hermosa Bari fue muy entretenido, nuestra guía fue amable y nos dio mucha información caminando por la ciudad. Terminamos haciendo pasta en la casa de una señora muy simpática que nos explicó cómo hacerla, probamos al final con vino, fue una linda experiencia. Recomendable. This tour was fantastic, and our guide Simona made it even better! Unlike any other tour guide I’ve experienced, she felt like a best friend showing you the town and its culture. I’d definitely take other tours as well if she’s the guide. Grazie mille, Simona! The tour features a city exploration and a short pasta-making session at a local pasta lady’s home. Highly recommended!!!
