Lake Garda Boat Trip
Lake Garda Boat Trip
At the indicated time, we'll meet at your selected meeting point. We'll welcome you aboard the boat that'll take us on a relaxing trip through one of Northern Italy's most beautiful spots. Let's set sail around Lake Garda!
As we travel through this stunning lake, which lies between the regions of Veneto and Lombardy, we'll soon arrive at Garda Island. We'll approach the shore so you can see the charming 19th-century villa that stands on the eastern side of the island. This Venetian neo-Gothic mansion was designed by the architect Luigi Rovelli, and you'll have plenty of time to take pictures of it.
As we navigate the waters of Italy's largest lake between the Lombardy and Veneto regions, we'll head towards Sirmione. Following a short 30-minute ride, we'll make a brief stop to take unforgettable photos in front of the Fonte Boiola, a sulfurous water source that literally boils the lake.
From the boat, we'll admire the wonders of the Sirmione peninsula, considered one of the most beautiful of Lake Garda. We'll learn about the history of the Catullo caves, the Villa of Maria Callas, the Jamaica beach, and the castle of Sirmione.
Then, we'll dock at the port of Sirmione, where you'll have about two hours of free time to wander through its charming alleys, visit the Catullo caves, have an ice cream on the lake, or simply enjoy an Italian coffee lakeside.
Afterward, we'll meet up again at the boat and start the return trip passing by Villa Canossa and the cypresses and olive trees of Punta San Vigilio, considered the Pearl of the Lake.
Finally, after 4 hours of exploring, we'll bring the activity to an end.
What's the Boat Like?
The seats on the boat are outdoors with some indoors, but with the flaps raised to allow the wind to blow through your hair on the hottest days.
