At the indicated time we'll start this free night tour of Barcelona's Gothic Quarter at Plaça de Catalunya.
First of all, we'll walk along Carrer d'Estruc, the city's most magical street. We'll learn about the fascinating history of the sorcerers and astrologers who marked a before and after in the town, as well as the symbols related to witchcraft that are kept alive in the streets of Barcelona.
Afterwards, we'll go to Els Quatre Gats, an iconic modernist café that used to be a meeting point for prominent artists. We'll continue the free tour by admiring the Mural of the Kiss, a work of urban art that captures the love and romance that the city has in each of its corners.
Next stop? Plaza Nueva, where we'll have the opportunity to see an open-air work of art. We'll also see the oldest shops in Barcelona and admire the monument to the Castellers in the Plaza de San Miguel.
After getting to know this ancient Catalan tradition, we'll head towards the streets where famous people such as Cervantes and Picasso have walked until we reach the Basilica of Santa Maria del Pi. We'll reveal the great secrets of this imposing temple, whose unique architecture has made it one of Barcelona's must-sees.
We'll continue our free tour walking along Carrer Petritxol, famous for its chocolate shops and art galleries. In the final stretch, we'll head down Las Ramblas until we reach the Gran Teatro del Liceo, one of the most prestigious opera houses in Europe.
After 2 hours in total, we'll finish this free night tour at Plaça Reial.
