El Born District Walking Tour, Tapas Dinner & Flamenco Show
El Born District Walking Tour, Tapas Dinner & Flamenco Show
We'll meet up at 6 pm on Carrer de Sant Pere Més Alt and cross the Gothic quarter as we make our way to Barcelona's trendiest neighbourhood. El Born awaits!
Situated only a few minutes’ walk away from La Rambla, this district is famous for its bars and cafes with terraces. We'll wander through its narrow streets while the local guide tells us lots of fun facts about the monuments we see. Did you know that one of the most important archaeological ruins in Barcelona is located here? We'll also learn all about the fascinating history of the Basilica of Santa Maria del Mar.
If you're feeling peckish, you'll love our next stop! We'll visit two different bars where you'll enjoy a varied selection of pinchos and tapas in Barcelona's old quarter and in Barceloneta.
Next, we'll come to Palau Dalmases, a beautiful seventeenth-century building that houses one of the city’s best live Flamenco shows. You'll then sit back and marvel at a show of famous Flamenco artists dancing and playing skillfully. After a moving performance, we'll say our goodbyes here at 9:30 pm.
