Bangkok Tour for Cruise Passengers
Description
We'll pick you up at Laem Chabang Port between 7:30 and 9 am, depending on your itinerary. There, we'll board a comfortable vehicle and head towards the city center to start this private tour of Bangkok.
First, we'll drive to the Bangkok Grand Palace, which served as the official residence of the King of Thailand from the 18th century to the mid-20th century. Next, we'll visit Wat Phra Kaew, better known as the Temple of the Emerald Buddha, the most important temple in Thailand for Buddhists.
Next, we'll head to Wat Pho, aka the Temple of the Reclining Buddha. Do you know why it has this interesting name? Well, inside the temple, you'll find an immense statue of a reclining Buddha 46 meters long and 15 meters high. It's a sight to behold.
Our last tourist destination will be the Temple of the Dawn, also known as Wat Arun. We'll admire its central tower, the highest one in Bangkok.
After exploring some of the main tourist attractions of the capital, we'll take you to a local restaurant where you can try some of the most traditional dishes in the country.
Lastly, we'll head back to Laem Chabang Port and drop you off there around 4 pm.
