Be amazed by the power and majesty of the Nung Nung waterfall with this day trip which also takes in the temples of Tanah Lot and Bedugul.
Tanah Lot, the Nung Nung Waterfalls and Bedgul
Having picked you up at your hotel in Bali at the indicated time, we'll make our way to the centre of the island to visit one of the most spectacular natural landscapes in the country: the Nung Nung waterfalls, at over 330 feet (70 metres) tall.
Our route then makes its way to Bedugul, a delightful lake resort in Bali, tucked away amongst rice terraces in the mountain. The municipality is on the banks of the Danau Beratan lake, on whose banks you can see the floating Pura Ulun Danu Beratan temple, full of interesting stories...
Then you'll have free time to eat in Bedugul, continuing the trip to visit the Jatiluwih rice paddies, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. We'll discover their importance to the local cuisine, as we appreciate the beauty of the region: with green tones popping from a base of ochre and brown, you'll want to be sure you have your camera on hand!
Finally, we'll make a stop at the south coast of Bali, to admire the Hindu Tanah Lot Temple. From this sacred monument built upon a promontory jutting into the sea, you'll enjoy a delightful sunset over the south of the island.
Then from the Tanah Lot temple, we head back to the hotel.
