Balinese Cooking Class
Balinese Cooking Class
Between 6 and 8 am, we'll pick you up at your hotel in Bali and go directly to a market to select the ingredients that we'll use in the Balinese cooking class. We'll feel like locals by purchasing vegetables, spices, meats, and other products from local stalls!
Afterwards, we'll enjoy a delicious breakfast consisting of coffee and a sweet. Then, we'll head to the kitchen to start the cooking class! Are you ready to immerse yourself in Balinese gastronomy?
We'll get down to work and, following the chef's instructions, learn how to prepare different typical dishes. The menu varies according to the season, but typical dishes include green pumpkin soup, rice with coconut milk, mushrooms in banana leaf, and fish skewers. Everything will be delicious!
Of course, at the end of the class, we'll taste the dishes we've prepared. The best reward for a job well done! The cooking class will last 5-6 hours.
Finally, we'll finish the activity by dropping you back off at your hotel between 3 and 5 pm.
