Bacolod Guided Tour
We'll pick you up from your hotel at the time you book and board a minibus that will take us to see the most important places in Bacolod, also called "The City of Smiles".
Our first stop of the tour will be at the San Sebastian Cathedral, a magnificent 19th-century church with a beautiful baroque facade. Then we'll head to the Bacolod Public Plaza, a square in the heart of the city. Here we'll take a break at the Manokan Country restaurant to try the famous chicken inasal, a traditional dish of chicken marinated in calamansi, pepper, coconut vinegar and annatto. What a treat!
After lunch, we'll set off for the Pope John Paul II Tower to find out why it's such an important landmark in the city. On the way, we'll pass two of the most important museums in the city: the Negros Museum and the Vintage Glasses Museum.
We'll also make our way to the New Government Center as well as The Ruins, an ancestral mansion that belonged to the family of the sugar baron Don Mariano Ledesma Lacson.
At the end of the 5-hour tour, we'll head back to your hotel.
