South American Football Museum Day Trip (3 hours)

If you choose this option, we'll visit the South American Football Museum and see the trophies from competitions organised by the South American Football Confederation. These competitions include the Copa Libertadores and Copa America. When we get there, we'll also see shirts, balls and other legendary objects through which we'll learn about the evolution of football in South America. After visiting the museum, you'll have some free time in the city of Luque to go shopping before returning to Asunción. 

This day trip will be similar to this tour of the South American Football Museum.

Schedule: Monday to Friday at 9 am, 10 am, 11 am, 12 pm, 1 pm, 2 pm and 3 pm.

Atyrá Day Trip (7 hours)

After picking you up from your hotel, we'll drive to Atyrá, the ecological capital of Paraguay. We'll visit this town, which is of great environmental value, and admire its most iconic buildings, such as the Church of San Francisco de Asís, the handicraft market and the Marianela complex. After the tour, we'll take you to a restaurant so you can sample the local gastronomy on your own. It'll then be time to take you back to Asunción and say our goodbyes.

This activity will have an itinerary like this day trip to Atyrá.

Schedule: every day at 8 am, 9 am, 10 am and 11 am.

Golden Circuit Day Trip (10 hours)

Our trip around the Paraguayan Golden Circuit will begin with San Lorenzo and Caacupé, an important pilgrimage centre. The tour will continue to San Bernardino, a town of German origin that has become a popular summer destination. Here, we'll take a boat ride on Lake Ypacarái.

Afterwards, we'll visit Itauguá, Areguá and Luque to learn about their craftsmanship and see handicrafts such as lace and filigree.

Our day trip will have a schedule similar to this Golden Circuit trip.

Iguazú Falls & Itaipú Dam Day Trip (1 day)

Having picked you up from your hotel, we'll drive to the Itaipú Dam. On the way there, we'll make a stop so you can have breakfast on your own. When we get there, we'll visit what was once the world's largest hydroelectric power plant (until 2011). You'll then have some free time for lunch before we reconvene and head to the magnificent Iguazú Falls

The day trip will have an itinerary like this excursion to Iguazú Falls and the Itaipú Dam.

Schedule: every day at midnight, 1 am and 2 am.

Ciudad del Este & Monday Falls Day Trip (22 hours)

We'll pick you up early in the morning and head to Ciudad del Este, which is famous for its shops and malls. When we get there, you'll have some free time for shopping until we regroup to head to Monday Falls.

Before visiting these impressive waterfalls you'll have some time to get lunch on your own. We'll then take a panoramic lift to the base of the falls to admire them up close. Afterwards, we'll return to Asunción.

Our route will be similar to this day trip to Ciudad del Este and Monday Falls.

Trinidad Missions & Jesús de Tavarangüé + Tree Museum (22 hours)

Rise and shine! After an early morning pickup we'll drive to the Jesuit Missions of Trinidad and Tavarangüé, which have been declared World Heritage Sites. We'll explore these ruins, the best preserved in Paraguay, and learn about the history of the Jesuit order in South America

After a break for lunch on your own, we'll visit the Ecological Tree Museum complex, where you can have fun on the zip lines, swings, viewpoints and more. 

If you choose this activity, we'll follow an itinerary similar to this day trip to the Trinidad Missions & Jesús de Tavarangüé + Tree Museum.
