Looking for your next adrenaline rush? Then this canoeing tour on the Paiva river is for you! If that wasn't enough to get your heart racing you'll drive a 4x4 around the Aldeia da Paradinha area.

Paiva River Canoeing & 4x4 Tour

At the indicated time we'll meet at the Areinho river beach, on the banks of the Paiva River.

First of all, we'll briefly explain the safety rules that you'll have to follow throughout the day. We'll kit you out with the necessary safety helmets and life jackets, then we'll get into the boats!

Once in the canoes, we'll plunge full speed through the rapid waters of the Paiva River. Along the route, you'll be able to take in the amazing geography of this Northern region of Portugal.

The canoeing tour will last 2 hours. But it's not the end yet! Next, we'll hop into powerful 4x4 vehicles to roam around the beautiful Aldeia da Paradinha area which has some of the most interesting geology in the Paiva Valley. We'll make a few stops to see the magnificent Paiva Gorge, typical slate houses and beehives.

Finally, we'll return to the starting point and end the tour after three hours of activities.
