At the appointed time, we'll meet in front of the Church of the Holy Spirit (Parroquia del Espíritu Santo) in Armenia to start a walking tour of the most symbolic places in the capital of the Quindío region.
From there we'll go into the Miracle City, discovering its history and most charming corners. Did you know that Armenia is one of the most important places in the Colombian Coffee Region? While we walk we'll talk about the culture of coffee cultivation and production. We'll also have time to visit some handicraft shops.
The tour will continue to Plaza de Bolívar, where the cathedral of the Immaculate Conception is located. Its peculiar facade may remind you of a tent, and we'll reveal the reason for this curious architectural design! Nearby we'll also see the Palace of Justice and Sucre Park.
After 4 hours, the tour will end by arriving at the Bolivar Square.
