Arequipa Food Tour
Arequipa Food Tour
We'll meet at 9 am at your hotel in Arequipa and head into the historic center of the city to soak up Peru's most deeply rooted traditions. What better way to do this than with a food tour?
The food tour will begin at a restaurant, where we'll receive an introduction to Arequipa's cuisine from the chef and put on our aprons. Let's get to work!
During this culinary adventure, we'll learn the secrets of traditional Peruvian cuisine while we prepare some typical dishes such as rocoto relleno, ocopa arequipeña, and solterito de queso. These may vary by season.
Once the cooking experience is over, we'll taste the delicacies we have prepared while enjoying the open air.
The tour will end by taking you back to the hotel at 5 pm.
