Xingó Canyon Excursion
We'll depart at 6:30 am from your hotel in Aracaju towards the São Francisco River, where we'll find the Xingó Canyon, the fifth largest navigable gorge in the world.
Once we arrive, we'll embark on a boat ride through the Xingó Canyon, during which we'll admire spectacular red rock walls that reach up to 50 meters (164 feet) high. You'll be left speechless as you photograph these incredible vertigo-inducing walls from the boat.
As we sail through the turquoise waters of the gorge, we'll also see the original sets where the soap operas Velho Chico and Cordel Encantado were filmed. We'll of course tell you stories and curiosities about these popular series.
The boat ride then takes us to the Talhado Grotto, where you'll have two hours free to swim in the São Francisco River. You can also take advantage of this time to refuel with the food you brought with you.
Finally, we'll sail back to the departure pier and return to Aracaju where arrival at your hotel is set for 7:30 pm.

This tour includes pickup at the hotels located in the central district of Orla de Aracaju. If you're staying in other areas of the city, we'll indicate an alternative meeting point.
