Torcal de Antequera Hiking Trip
At the indicated time on the day of your hike, meet your guide at the Torcal Alto Visitor Center. From there, we'll begin a spectacular hiking route through the nature reserve of Torcal de Antequera.
Once we arrive, you'll begin your hiking route, starting off on the Ammonites Route. Accompanied by your expert English-speaking guide, you'll learn all about the origins of the curious rock formations that have earned this natural park recognition as one of Europe's most spectacular karts landscapes as well as a place on the UNESCO World Heritage List.
Throughout the 4.5-kilometer (2.8-mile) hiking route, you'll walk past a number of fascinating natural wonders, admiring El Torcal's rugged geology, beautiful flora and fauna, including goats, or Spanish ibex!
You'll also have the opportunity to take photos of the awe-inspiring landscapes surrounding you from the numerous panoramic viewpoints that line the different hiking paths in Torcal de Antequera.
The hiking trip in Torcal de Antequera will conclude back at the starting point, three and a half hours after departure.
