In the heart of Andalusia lies Antequera, the city of many civilizations. Transport yourself to another era by taking a guided tour of its streets and monuments.
Antequera Guided Tour
Having met up at the Antequera Tourism Office, we'll set off on our guided tour through the old town of Antequera.
In this square, we'll be able to see the Fountain of the Four Elements and the equestrian statue of Don Fernando. If you look closely, you'll see that practically all the façades in this location are historical.
Did you know that Antequera is the city with the most churches per inhabitant? After discussing this fun fact, we'll stroll to the Plaza de los Escribanos. Today, we know that in the 16th century up to 20 notaries' houses were located here. While we're here, we'll see the Real Colegiata, the Alcazaba, the Arch of the Giants and the Almenillas Viewpoint.
After two hours of history and beautiful buildings, our guided tour of Antequera will come to an end.
