Private Tour of Ankara
Tour Details
At the designated time, we'll meet at your hotel in Ankara or, if you wish, at a central location of your choice. From there, we'll embark on a tour by foot and public transport to explore the must-see sites of Turkey's capital.
First, we'll head to the Museum of Anatolian Civilization. In its permanent exhibition, you'll see a vast collection of prehistoric artifacts from the Hittite, Phrygian, and Urartian peoples. After learning about their culture, we'll continue this private tour of Ankara with a visit to the Ataturk Mausoleum, the founder of the modern Republic of Turkey.
After visiting this site, we'll stop in an area that suits you so you can grab a bite to eat. After lunch, we'll head to the impressive Ankara Castle, considered the city's founding site.
Continuing our tour, we'll visit Tunali, one of the most picturesque neighborhoods of the capital, where we'll see other lovely spots of the city. Plus, if you're interested in purchasing a traditional souvenir, we'll take you to Ankara's main commercial areas.
Lastly, after this 8-hour tour, we'll return to your hotel or a central location of your choice to conclude this private tour.
