Andorra la Vella Guided Tour
Description
We'll meet at the time indicated at Plaça de la Rotonda. Here, we'll find the Noblesse du Temps statue by Salvador. Let's discover the heritage of Europe's highest capital city!
After discussing the Catalan artist and his important legacy in Andorra la Vieja, we'll walk to Parc Central. Did you know that this green space was designed by the architect Daniel Fontavo? We'll continue our tour down the Passarella de Rosa María Ferrer, which connects the Plaça del Poble with the Nou Consell building.
As we explore the historic centre, we'll see the famous Pont de Paris and the Andorra la Vella sign. The next stop will be Plaça del Poble, where we'll explain how this small city in the heart of the Pyrenees became what it is today.
The route will continue to the Consell General building, where we'll find the Parliament of Andorra and Lidia Armengol Square, better known as the Square of the 7 Poets. Do you know what relationship she has with Andorra? We'll explain the symbols hidden behind these sculptures.
We can't end this guided tour of Andorra la Vella without heading to Sant Esteve Church, the largest and most impressive Romantic building in the whole country.
3 to 3.5 hours later, we'll end our tour with incredible views of the Pyrenees.
