Excellent tour, well organized and very useful. I spent 3h30 there. I had time to see everything at my leisure. The only downside was finding the tour bus after exchanging the voucher at Amsterdam Centraal.

Tive alguma dificuldade em encontrar a loja da Tour&Tickets, onde deveria trocar o voucher pelos ingressos. A informação dizia que a loja se encontrava no corredor IJ da estação Centraal, mas na verdade ela fica no corredor transversal. Tive que furar a enorme fila pra trocar o voucher, pois estávamos em cima da hora. Fomos bem atendidos e orientados como encontrar o ônibus. O passeio saiu na hora marcada e o motorista Bryan é uma atração à parte. O tempo do passeio foi ideal também.

Ho prenotato questa gita il 26 Aprile per il 27. Era la più economica rispetto ad altri portali. Abbiamo deciso di muoverci in bus per evitare il traffico di persone che dopo kigsday andava in aeroporto. John ci ha spiegato tutto sui tulipani durante il percorso (in inglese, spagnolo, tedesco). I booked this trip on April 26th for the 27th. It was the cheapest compared to other portals. We decided to travel by bus to avoid the traffic of people who after Kigsday went to the airport. John explained everything about the tulips during the trip (in English, Spanish, German). Engaging and friendly. We stayed in the park for 3 and a half hours (too long, 1 and a half hours is enough). Keukenhof estuvo genial, las flores y el lugar es maravilloso, sin embargo el servicio de transporte no era nada claro con las personas. No se nos informaba correctamente y cuando se preguntaba algo, o se hacían desentendidos o no te sabían dar información o era ambigua. Creo que deberían tener cuidado con eso. Keukenhof was great, the flowers and the location are wonderful, however, the shuttle service was not very clear with the staff. We weren't given proper information, and when we asked something, they either acted indifferent, couldn't provide information, or were ambiguous. I think they should be more careful with that. Bien, no obstante la reserva no explica bien el punto de salida. Únicamente se indica que es en la oficina de Tours & tiquets y resulta que se tenia que entrar en la oficina, donde te daban unos billetes para el autobus, que había que ir a buscarlo en otro sitio. Il personale Dell autobus è degli uffici locali sono tutri molto gentili e competenti. Trovare il. Punto di incontro è stato relativamente semplice. L.
