Amorgos Cooking Class

We'll meet at the Hotel Vigla car park at the indicated time to head towards the traditional kitchen, to meet chef Irini, nicknamed the "woman with magic hands".

This professional cook will teach us how to prepare some of the best recipes of Greek cuisine. The menu includes gemista, a tomato and pepper stew, and patatato, a goat and potato casserole.

We'll also learn how to make baked pasta known as pastitisio, and galaktompoureko, a delicious typical sweet, as well as other essential dishes of Greek cuisine. And, of course, you'll have the opportunity to taste these delicacies on a magnificent terrace overlooking the Aegean Sea and Mount Kroukelos, an experience that will not disappoint!

After the tasting, we'll say goodbye to the chef and end the activity.
