Paella & Sangria Workshop
Paella & Sangria Workshop
At the chosen time, we'll meet at the Plaza 25 de Mayo in Alicante. We'll then enter the Central Market and search for the best products to prepare a great paella alicantina.
Once we've selected our ingredients, we'll head to the kitchen to start our cooking class! You'll learn all the tricks and secrets of how to make Arroz del Senyoret (Senyoret Rice), typical of Alicante. You'll be able to impress all of your friends at dinner parties with this typical Spanish dish!
The professional chefs will be there to help you at all times so that your paella comes out perfect. Not only that, but while you cook, you'll be able to enjoy a glass of wine, beer, or a soft drink and some snacks as well as chat with new friends! But it doesn't end there! We'll also learn how to make an exquisite pitcher of sangria.
Once the paella comes off the heat, the moment will have arrived for you to try your creation and enjoy your delicious Alicante paella. Bon profit!
After getting our fill of our delicious Arroz del Senyoret, we'll end this culinary experience after 3.5 hours of activity.
