Explore one of Spain's most breathtaking cities on this day trip to Valencia from Alcocéber, see iconic landmarks, and discover the city's remarkable beauty.
Description
Meet us at the Tourism Office in Alcoceber to kick off our exciting day trip to Valencia, the capital of Turia!
A 30-minute drive will bring us to our destination, and we'll start our guided tour of Valencia. During this tour, you'll be able to witness the city's most significant monuments, representing an eclectic mix of architectural styles, including Gothic, Baroque, Modernist, and even avant-garde influences.
Our first stop is a visit to the City of Arts and Sciences and the Palau de la Música. Here you'll see why Valencia is renowned as one of the most modern cities in Spain. Following this part of the tour, you can enjoy lunch at any of the local restaurants before we continue the tour.
With your energy replenished, we'll make our way to the historic center of Valencia, where you'll have some free time to independently explore the city. Here, you'll find some of the most iconic landmarks, including the Lonja de la Seda (Silk Exchange) and the Cathedral of Valencia, both of which are significant sites in the city.
We also highly recommend exploring other notable attractions in the area, like the Central Market and the Colon Market for a taste of local culture, the North Train Station for its architecture, the Palace of the Generalitat Valenciana for a glimpse into the region's governance or the Church of Santos Juanes for its historical and architectural significance.
We'll return to the meeting point in Alcoceber about 10 hours after pickup.
