This sightseeing bus offers 25 different stops so visitors can enjoy a trip to Albufeira, in the heart of the Algarve. The open-top upper deck bus offers the best views of the city as you travel in total comfort.
Route and stops
The Albufeira bus tour follows a 60-minute route with stops at the main places of interest in the city. Throughout the journey there is commentary provided in English.
Some of the most essential stops include The Strip, Santa Eulália beach, the Pau da Bandeira viewpoint and the Albuefeira Marina. During the trip, you will have stunning views of the Algarve.

Ticket Options
During the booking process, you can opt for one of the following ticket options:
- 24-hour ticket: with this option, you'll have 24 hours to enjoy the sightseeing bus, hopping on and off as many times as you want at any of the stops along two routes.
- 48-hour ticket: with this option, you'll have 48 hours to enjoy the sightseeing bus, hopping on and off as many times as you want at any of the stops along two routes. It also includes a guided tour of Albufeira and, between the months of August and October, you can take a night tour on the bus.
How Does it Work?
The ticket is valid for 24 or 48 hours from activation. During this time, you can hop on and off the buses as many times as you like, allowing you to visit attractions such as the Church of San Sebastian, Salgados Beach, and the Medronheira Tower.
All tourist bus tickets are valid for 12 months from the date selected during your reservation. Upon making your reservation, you'll receive a voucher via email, which you must present on the first bus you take.
Operating Hours and Frequency
The Albufeira tourist bus operates dailyat the following times:
Blue line:
- From October 1 to June 30: departures from 10 am to 4 pm every 120 minutes.
- From July 1 to September 30: departures from 10 am to 5 pm every 120 minutes.
Red line:
- From October 1 to June 30: departures from 9:30 am to 5 pm every 120 minutes.
- From July 1 to September 30: departures from 9:30 am to 6 pm every 120 minutes.
Night tour:
- From August 1 to September 30: departure at 8 pm and 9 pm
- From October 1st to October 31st: departure at 8 pm
Guided tour of Albufeira
- From Monday to Saturday: at 12:30 pm
