Meet us at the Erth al Makan Cafe, and we'll take off on our vintage buggy tour of Al Hamra, where we'll navigate the city in the most original way.
Throughout this tour, we'll enjoy our journey in a classic-styled electric buggy, allowing us to take in Al Hamra to the full extent. Each buggy can accommodate up to 5 people, along with your guide and driver.
This tour encompasses a panoramic route of Al Hamra, providing insights into the historic water channels that weave through the town and offering glimpses of the weathered adobe houses within the citadel's ruins.
The vintage buggy ride will also allow us to admire Jebel Shams Mountain, Oman's highest peak, standing at nearly 3,000 meters (9842 feet). We'll connect with the region's more traditional side too, exploring the rural Al Hamra, known for its farms, agricultural estates, and lush palm groves. Along the way, we'll make several stops to capture the scenic beauty on camera.
We'll return to the starting point in our vintage buggy and bring our tour of Al Hamra to an end, anywhere between 35 to 45 minutes later.
