Luberon Market & Villages Tour
We'll meet at the Aix-en-Provence Tourist Office at 9 am and set off in a minibus to discover the beautiful villages of Luberon. The order we visit the different towns may change according to the day.
First, we'll visit Roussillon, one of the most beautiful towns in France. Its ochre-coloured houses and impressive cliffs will take your breath away! We'll also pass by Lourmarin, famous for its Renaissance castle. You'll get to walk through its charming streets and admire the different architectural styles.
Then we'll head to Fontaine de Vaucluse. Located on the banks of the Sorgue River, this village offers one of the most striking landscapes in Provence, and we'll enjoy a pleasant walk along its stream. Our tour will also make a brief stop in Gordes, where you'll enjoy a historic castle and beautiful panoramic views.
Lastly, we'll visit a traditional Provencal market so you can do some souvenir shopping. You'll find local artisanal products such as handmade soaps, lavender, cheeses, fruit... If you do the tour on a Tuesday, we'll visit the market in Gordes, on Thursday in Roussillon, on Friday in Lourmarin, on Saturday in Apt and on Sunday in Isle-sur-la-Sorgue.
We'll be back in Aix-en-Provence at about 6:30 pm.
