Guided Tour of Aguascalientes
Description
At the designated time, we'll pick you up from your hotel and head to the historic center for a three-hour tour of Aguascalientes.
First, we'll stop at the Casa Teran, an 18th-century neoclassical and baroque building commissioned by Felipe Perez de Teran. We'll also pass by Douglas Castle, an intriguing medieval-style building with a moat, a drawbridge, battlements, turrets, and a stained glass window.
We'll then arrive at the Cathedral of Aguascalientes, a late 19th-century church with impressive twin towers. After walking through the Plaza de la Patria, we'll also visit the courtyard of the Palacio de Gobierno, where you'll find 110 two-story arches and a network of murals narrating the history of the area.
Continuing our tour of Aguascalientes, we'll discover the Plaza de Armas and its Exedra monument, as well as admire the Church of San Marcos, built in 1655.
After visiting the most emblematic places in Aguascalientes, we'll take you back to your hotel.
