On the day of the activity, we'll meet at the Luna d'Agerola farmhouse, where we'll meet the chef who'll teach us how to prepare three traditional recipes. On the day of the activity, you'll be able to choose between the following combinations of dishes.
- Tagliatelle, mozzarella & tiramisu
- Gnocchi, mozzarella & tiramisu
- Mozzarella, apperitif board with salami and vegetables from the farm and tiramisu
Whichever combination you choose, before we get down to work, we'll explore the farm in search of the fresh produce. Then, we'll get behind the cooker and set to work!
At the end of the class, we'll sit down together and taste our wonderful creations. Cheers!
