Take a trip to a paradise teeming with tropical animals on our La Roqueta Island Day Trip from Acapulco. A marine shrine, crystal clear waters, dance performances and lush jungles await!
La Roqueta Island Day Trip
At your chosen time, we'll meet you on the Acapulco Fishing Promenade. We'll board a glass-bottomed boat that'll take us to La Roqueta Island. During our crossing we'll be able to see the underwater Virgen de los Mares shrine, an extraordinary sculpture that may surprise you.
Upon arrival at our destination, we'll visit the Palao Island Club. At this private resort, you can relax on a vast beach with crystal clear water or, if you prefer, venture to the jungle trails in search of magpies, racoons, and boa constrictors.
Inside the club's grounds, you'll watch a show exhibiting pre-Hispanic cultural traditions, in which you'll see a performance of the Fire Dance and the Deer Dance. You can also join in the fun limbo game!
In addition, we'll also take a guided ecotour through La Roqueta Island's tropical forest trails so you can see the endemic flora and fauna.
Afterwards, we'll set out on a kayak tour around the island and explore the seabed with our snorkelling goggles. At lunchtime, we'll have access to a VIP area just for us. Lunch and open bar
The menu will consist of a choice of lobster, shrimp, red snapper, chicken breast, Hawaiian pork ribs, or a fish fillet. You can also have salad, bread, and 3 seasonal fruits to accompany your main course. The drinks you can have to include rum, tequila, gin, vodka, brandy, beer, tropical cocktails, and soft drinks.
Our tour will finish when we arrive back at the starting point 4 hours 30 minutes after our departure.
Show
The pre-Hispanic show will only take place on weekends.
