El Morro Islet Kayak + Hiking Tour
At the appointed time we'll meet you at the beach area of Plaza Marbella, next to El Morro restaurant. Here we'll give you instructions on what we'll do on this tour of El Morro islet.
After giving you instructions on how to use the equipment, we'll enter the water and paddle for a while in a kayak or, if you prefer, on a paddle surfboard. We'll set course for El Morro islet, a rocky promontory off the coast of Acapulco.
We'll skirt the islet, observing the scenery and, if we're lucky, we may come across the turtles that live in this area. As soon as we reach the islet we'll disembark to explore it, hiking to the top of El Morro, where a pleasant surprise awaits us: the most spectacular view of the entire bay of Acapulco!
But the adventure doesn't end there. If the tide is low, we can access a hidden cave inside the islet of El Morro. What secrets does this cave hold, and is it possible that it was a pirate's hideout?
After having toured this small island, we'll paddle back to Acapulco and finish the tour after an hour and a half at the starting point.
